Rennovations
We have been busy working on the house and 7 more weeks until the baby comes, or less! We almost have the kitchen finished, Our bedroom is done, Kylie's room is done and the baby room is done! Joel did a great job tiling the backsplash in the kitchen, we had someone put in the countertops and Joel also put in a new hood range. Now we just need new paint and trim and we'll be all finished! I am starting to get uncomfortable, feeling big and can't get comfortable. Kylie had her checkup at the ear Dr and they also did a hearing test, everything checked out good pretty much. They will see if the hole closes on it's own (in her left ear) and if it doesn't they will do surgery to close it when she's a little older. She got fitted for some ear plugs for swimming this summer and we look forward to spring/summer and getting all the germs out of this house :) We are looking forward to expanding our family.

3 More Months!
3 months from today, exactly, God willing we will be holding our new baby! It is flying by for sure, maybe it's because I am chasing a 2 year old around! We have moved Kylie into a big girl bed in her new room, have her sitting in church with us and not in nursery, now we just have to conquer the potty training thing! Some days she goes on the potty 3 times and then the next day she refuses, we'll get there, you can't force em. We have been busy and trying to stay healthy around here! Kylie has been fighting RSV for the past month which has been complicated with asthma, she has a NEB machine she uses and is on her second bout with it :( She also has had croop and an ear infection in there, so we are trying to keep her healthy-I can't wait for Spring! Joel is back to work, which is great, he was only laid off 5 weeks this year! They got a big job in Lansing so hopefully that will start soon. We repainted our bedroom and now the 2 projects we are working on are carpeting the hallway and finishing the kitchen (countertops and backsplash.) Staying busy as always!

Baby Mulder

We had our ultrasound today and it went great! We got to see the baby in 4d! I am actually a week ahead of what they thought and due May 24, so they will probably do my C-Section a week before that-maybe Joel's bday? :) The heartbeat was 138 and the baby was going crazy in there! Definitely a little mover, it even waved to us and gave us thumbs up! The baby weighs 3/4 of a pound and has ten little fingers and ten little toes. The baby is also breech, which explains the low kicks! That doesn't matter anyway though since I will have a C-Section anyway. We can't wait to meet our little baby in a few months! Here are some pictures

Christmas and Grandma
Well, Christmas is over, we had a nice Christmas and on Christmas my Grandma Bredell, who was 90 years old went to be with our Lord. We have so many great memories of her and know that she is now in her eternal home. This week we have funeral arrangements Monday and Tuesday, my brother and his wife fly in Monday morning and we still have to have Christmas with my family Wednesday night. We spent Christmas Eve as a family watching Christmas movies and opening gifts. We woke up Christmas morning and had Hot Cocoa and Cinnamon Rolls, opened stockings and headed off to Joel's family for the day. His sister and her family are here until Wednesday so it was really nice to see them. Kylie loves her cousins!

Big News!
Kylie is going to be a big sister! We are due May 30. I had 2 ultrasounds so far and we've heard the baby's heartbeat twice already! It is holding steady in the 160's. I will be 10 wekks along Sunday and am starting to feel better and not so nauseous! My Dr said if I go full term, she will schedule my C-Section for May 24, so I guess I will be having my birthday in the hospital! :) We are very excited and so is Kylie-she likes to kiss my belly already.
